Return Policy

We accept returns and offer refunds for defective or damaged products. If you wish to return an item purchased ONLINE, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. No returns on any special order items. IN STORE returns must be unused and in original condition and box, including all parts, accessories, and packaging and may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase with a receipt for a full refund. Canceled deposits/layaways for bicycles on order are subject to 15% restocking fee.
